Account

1. At the beginning of using this website to make a purchase, you must create a new user and password. And in order to service you better for order and other promotion information, your name, address, phone number , email address are required. If you are decorating company, more company information is necessary.
2. U&B will verify the information that you provide before accepting the creation of a new Account.
3. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you submit through the “My Account” feature and the corresponding password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the “My Account” feature or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts and to remove or edit content submitted by you in the “My Account” area of the Site.
4. Each user is only allowed to have one account in U&B. If any evidence or reason to show there is a case registered user has multiple accounts, we are entitled to cancel the order, freeze or close an account, refuse to provide service and other measures. Once loss to U&B, users should also be liable for that.

 

Order

1. Before making the order, please be careful as refunds are not normally made once you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. It will be appreciate to preview any proposed Orders carefully when adding to the cart and proceed it.
2. After you placing order and finishing payment, an email will be sent to your mailbox from us acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order in a separate Order Confirmation.
3. Your order will not be processed until full payment has been cleared and received by U&B.
4. Once shipped, another email will also be sent for confirmation.
5. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in our inventory. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone and arrange to refund your payment. U&B will contact you by the email address or telephone number provided by you when you created your Account, and we will not be responsible for these details being incorrect. Please ensure emails are not sent to SPAM or blocked by your fire wall. 
6. Payment

We support credit card, PayPal. Your credit card will be billed at the time that your order is placed. All our purchases are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or Mastercard transactions with U&B. Please be sure to provide your correct billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. This is done to protect the security of your credit card details, as we do not store your card details at any point. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. These refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement. 

BPay :
U&B accepts BPay. Orders are processed upon receipt of money from BPay. If BPay payment is made before 4pm (Qld time) this will come through next business day, however payments made after 4pm (Qld time) will not come through for 2 business days. If a payment is made after 4pm (Qld time) Friday, this payment will not come through until the next Tuesday. If ordering urgent medication or other products, please allow enough time for processing of BPay. Payment via Credit Card is processed immediately. All refunds due to stock shortages or changes in orders will be done according to our refund policy as there is no refund option currently available via BPay.

Users’ Rights and Obligations

1. Based on the conventions used in this agreement, and rules on U&B website, user has the right to browse product information, order specific goods, publish shopping feelings, participate in discussions commodity, invite concerned friends, upload product images and take  participate in relevant activities of U&B (if applicable), and enjoy other services provided by U&B.

 

2. When shopping on U&B, the user should ensure follow the principle of good faith, without disrupting the normal law and order of online transactions.

4. Users should not publish the following views at U&B:

6. Without U&B's permission, no advertisements are allowed in any ways.

 

 

U&B’s Rights and Obligations

 

1. U&B is liable to maintain the site's normal operation on the basis of our existing technology, and work hard to enhance and improve the technology, to ensure the online transactions proceed smoothly.
2. Once the bellowing happen, U&B has the rights to remove relevant information and terminate the provision of services, without the consent of the user's consent:

3. For the following users’ behaviors, U&B has right to stop the transfer, delete information, ban users to speak, limit purchase, log off your account and other restrictive measures:

 

1. Post or Send info by email or other ways about malicious, false and infringing personal and property rights.
2. Behaviors have no business with online shopping, trying to disrupt the normal shopping order;
3. Upload, post, email or Work by other ways to transfer software viruses, any computer code, data files or programs, which interrupt, destroy or limit any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
4. Interfere or disrupt the services servers and networks of this website and connected items.
5. Post other information against the public interest, or seriously damaging the U&B's and other users' legitimate interests.

 

3. The users freely award U&B permanent exclusive usage rights here and also the right which U&B can re-authorize. This will make sure U&B use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and display the information users published on our website in a global scale. Or we will use the information to create derivative works, and / or already known or later developing in any form, media or technology. The above information is included in the our other works and advertisements.

1. If the user applies to the U&B for cancellation of your accounts, after confirmation by U&B, we will cancelled it, which stands for the relieve the relationship with the U&B service agreement. But after the cancellation, U&B still have the right to: Retain the user's registration information and historical transactions records.

Before logging off, if the user violates or breaches this Agreement exists on the U&B website, U&B still has right which states in this Agreement.

 

2. In the following cases, U&B terminates the service as logging off the user account when:

1.  Users violate the relevant provisions of this Agreement, U&B has right to terminate the users. If the user again registers in another name after U&B terminates service,  we can directly or indirectly terminate the services to the user unilaterally again.
2. Once false registration information founded, we reserve the right to terminate the services to the user.
3. The user is unwilling to accept the new service agreement after the termination of this Agreement or update.
4. U&B considers it is necessary to terminate the service in other circumstances.
