Return and Refunds

U&B is willing to provide the best and considerable service to all of our clients. So we support you have the rights to return products under special conditions.

However, as all our products are directly sent from China, the returning shipping costs will be high, so usually it is not recommended. And most of our items are delivered by third party courier services. So the belowing list is for your reference about how our delievery process works.

Can I cancel the order before shipment?

Most of our products are order-made. And once finishing production, we will arrange the transportation immediately. Therefore, it is not recommended to cancel. If you really want to, please contact our online service to see how the order process.

How could I do if the cargoes are damaged when I received?

Usually it is rare to have this problem as U&B always do strong package to ensure the transportation safety. Anyway, once it happened, after receiving it, please contact us within 24 hours with detailed pictures. Our online service will immediately check this problem and find out what’s the cause. Once confirmation our responsibility, we will negotiate how to repair or process the refund.

What need for return?

Goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

If returning to China, Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a Commercial Invoice and further return instructions.

How about the refunds?

Refunds will be processed within 3 days once U&B receiving the return and confirmation the condition.

Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Repair

If any goods cannot be easily returned to us, due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed, please contact our online customs service and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.
